Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdultXXX at adultxxx.cc (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them.

1. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material generated by artificial intelligence. You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to view such material where you live. If you are not, leave now.

2. What the Service is

AdultXXX lets you browse, chat with and create fictional AI characters and view realistic AI-generated pictures of them. Every character is fictional, made by AI, between 25 and 45 years of age and drawn to look like a grown woman. No character depicts, imitates or is based on a real person, and nobody was photographed or filmed to make her. Every conversation is private, between you and one character: there are no chat rooms and no other members in it, and no real person writes a character's replies, which come from a language model. Nothing on the Service is live: there is no webcam, no live stream, no phone line and no video chat. AdultXXX is not a webcam, live-performer, phone-sex, escort or dating service; no character can be hired, booked, paid or met. Short silent clips, where offered, are made from a character's own pictures with an image-to-video model (Wan 2.2), some of them automatically at a member's request in the chat. You cannot upload pictures, and the Service never edits or animates a picture of a real person.

3. Your account

You may use parts of the Service as a guest; an account keeps your chats and characters. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

4. What you must not do

• request, create or share anything involving a minor, or any character presented as under 18 or with a childlike look;
• use the names, likeness or images of real people;
• request non-consensual, incestuous, bestial or otherwise illegal content;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the Service's content, or try to get around its limits, filters or payments;
• use the Service to harass anyone or for anything illegal where you live.

Such requests are blocked automatically. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

5. Content you create

Characters you build are private to you. You may use their images for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We may remove any content that breaks these terms.

6. Payments

Some features need credits or Premium, a membership of the Service for a fixed period. Every price is shown before you pay. The free part of the Service is a daily allowance of messages, shown on the site; it is not unlimited. Payments are made in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20); Premium is paid once and never renews by itself. A payment buys access to features of the Service and is never a payment to, or for the company of, a character. Digital content is delivered at once, so purchases are final except as our Refund Policy says or where the law requires otherwise. A character never asks you for money, gifts, tips or payments; if one seems to, report it to [email protected].

7. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong, strange or unexpected; it is fiction and not advice. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may change these terms; the date below shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept it.
